Borovets, the first and most famous Bulgarian mountain resort, is situated on the northern slopes of the Rila Mountain at an altitude of 1300 meters. The resort enjoys a perfect location right at the foot of Mount Musala (2925 m), the highest peak on the Balkans and offers the biggest capacity of ski tracks and runs.
Very easily accessible, Borovets comprises ski tracks with a total distance of 40 km. In the summer Borovets is just as marvellous as it is in the winter.
